Boring sleepy Tuesday

Yawn. I lack sleep. I am so sleepy at work. I take a cup of coffee in hope that I can combat sleepiness at work but it only works a little. I would love to have more cups, like some people can and do, but more than one and I'll get headaches.

Lunch came. I had burnt Marmite chicken. Sigh! I half-heartedly finished my food and listened to my fellow colleagues chat away. I could only catch chunks of the conversation. Most of the time it was just a droning sound.

Back to my desk. Moments later I nodded off several times. The SAS code in front of me look the same all the time. Heh. I guess that's what happens when you don't have enough sleep.

Then come 6pm I checked the traffic condition below and it was pretty much gridlocked...again! Jf and Sw invited me to go to KLCC to while away the time till traffic eased up. So off we went to KLCC and I followed them shopping. They kept asking me if I was bored and I said I am fine. I've done this a thousand times already! Conditioned already, yeah? :) Actually I was kinda hungry already, but I thought I'd let them shop first before I start complaining aloud that I am hungry.

Dinner was at Genki Sushi and we had a nice time talking about all things work, life, music, books, Robbie Williams and foundation. Tummy filled, I followed Jf to the supermarket where she got her Japanese jelly and later her dry cleaning while Sw went off to get something to stave off boredom on her trip outstation soon.

Guess my boring day had a good ending after all.
